Hilal's Notes

A realization is the beginning of seeing things we tend to see in our lives. The journey we sail within the times sometimes anchor in places we never intend to be in. Having something beautiful about the ports where our lives have anchored allow us to guide ourselves for where we want to be. The experiences we have from each bond we create leaves us with discipline. In those terms we keep innovating new dreams. We would like to call the experience we gather to shapes ourselves as Life Innovations.

The most important factor to establish is the heart of the cause. Any organization would need its functional model to guide the system. Usually organisations are modeled by the people who are involved within it. Especially the core founders of the vision starts practicing what they preach. 

Finding and empowering the right people is the first step we have taken.  We assume that we have chosen the right model in the due time. If the question is; Are we to change to achieve our goals, then the answer surely is; We have to change. Until we find the responsibility to create the system.

We hope  the ideas we are implementing are on the right track. We believe everyone can become a model innovator by their motivation and dedication towards what they do.
